- We've established that we'll have to shoot in the half term as our actors aren't available on the Monday and the Tuesday.
- Shooting 2 days in the half term - possibly wednesday? One day in Malton and another day in York
- Wednesday - York

- I've started a storyboard - sketched several ideas for the intro
- I've written down the lyrics and started timing each section
- Started thinking about each character and how we can convey who they are to the audience
Week 2 (21/10/13 + 22/10/13)
- The rough storyboard has been almost completed (currently at 80 shots)
- Amber is currently drawing up the neater version of the storyboard
- I've started writing up the shot list
- Ellie has made a risk assessment and some call sheets
- She's also started the contingency planning
- We've decided not to shoot on Bar Walls, as we only needed to film a few shots there and the time it would've taken to get permission would've surpassed that of the filming
- I've finished the rough storyboard
- I've completed the shot list
Week 3 (HALF TERM - 24/10/13, 25/10/13)
- I've checked all pre-production documents, ensuring their accuracy and altered anything that needed to be changed
- I've designed a SAVE ROCK AND ROLL poster that will be used as a prop (using Adobe Photoshop)
- I've collected some old cardboard from my parents to be used for signs
- I've made sure that I have permission to film in all locations
- I've completed a recce of all locations
- It's been really difficult arranging filming for in the half term as all external actors and main actors are only able to make it to Malton for one day: Tuesday
- Amber can't make it to Malton at all
- We only have one day to film 3/4 of our production (81 shots)
- I'm going to have to cut down the storyboard or shoot certain shots at York college/ in York on the 4th and 5th of November
- I've decided to shoot certain shots with Alex before Tuesday (shots that don't have any actors in)
- Ellie and Kayleigh are leaving to catch the 16.39 bus on Tuesday, meaning that we wouldn't have the two main characters for the 3 hours left of production. As they are unable to come in the following day for filming, we'll have to re-cast the two main characters and they will have to be extras
- Jodie and Alex are now the two main characters
- I'll have to change all of the cast list/ call sheet documents so that they are up to date
- I've had to recruit some new external actors, due to multiple cancellations
Filming (29/10/13):
- Ellie and Kayleigh left after we'd finished filming in Malton (they didn't come through to Appleton-Le-Street)
- We finished a little earlier than anticipated
- We had to leave some shots out due to lack of characters or props, however these can be shot on the 4/11
- Filming in the freezing cold was fun:

- We managed to finish early, as we got most of the filming done in Malton
- We made sure to film some fillers just in case we can't use certain bits of footage
- All group members were present
- Other members left early
- Managed to work around Jodie and Alex's timetables well
- I was the main editor for the music video
- I edited the video with Kayleigh
- We need to film a couple of extra shots for certain parts of the video
Week 4/5:
- I was the primary editor for the video
- I helped Amber/ Ellie do the edit list
- We added filters to the end product to portray how the characters in the video feel (blue for sad and orange for happy)
